JW Marriott Hotel Shanghai At Tomorrow Square

The breakfast buffet was very good varied selections. The bed was very comfortable. The tv was larger that most hotel rooms. Room wifi was very good. Room climate control were easy to use and worked well.

Amazing buffet, thank you for the upgrade and my child birthday cake, sweet card and stuffed animal. The gesture was unexpectedly amazing!! Made our day!

Great views of Shanghai, easy access to metro etc.

Expensive for what is available., Expect to pay top London hotel prices. Executive lounge the poorest we have visited. No alcoholic drinks available until 5.30 in the evening. Snacks almost non existent Apart from paying for the room on arrival, also asked for a deposit of £100. As dinner was getting on for £200 had to pay the dinner bill before leaving the restaurant. Apparently in China they cannot block money on your credit card. Not a great way of treating the guests!

Location is good, breafast good, city view is good

All facities are closed at 11.00pm. So less English speakers, ınterior should be renovated

The difference between deluxe room and executive room is that executive rooms are on the higher floor. However, the deluxe rooms start from 39th floor which is already very high. So there is no need to pay more for executive room.

Superior quality, luxurious hotel in a great location. The breakfast buffet is simply outstanding! The room was very clean and comfortable, huge bed and a stunning view. All the staff are super friendly and helpful.

People were very nice, friendly! Hotel is very close to subway station, and also the Nanjing street is easy to access . Will recommend for sure !

Actually it’s the JW, I least liked.It was not the Marriott feeling like I have had in other Marriott’s.I won’t spend this money next time, there are other options.

Lobby system on 38th floor, you had to change lifts to reach your floor, the layout of Bar on 38th was not inviting, breakfast was not directly bad, but I skipped breakfast half of my days and had food in town instead, and I had chosen Marriott because I wanted to be sure they had extensive breakfast option.

The executive lounge was next level (literally), the facilities were great and the staff were brilliant. We had a corner room and would highly recommend it as the view is amazing! We booked a king corner, with executive lounge access. The lounge paid for itself as the meal in the evening had so much to it, as did the breakfast. Plus cocktails and drinks in the evening - all included. A great location as well for metro and taxis.

59th Floor loungeLimited Breakfast Spreads Ridiculous to have children during Alcohol sessions (6-8pm) n what a joke as it is the first time a Hotel that allowed Children!Cannot even have a peaceful session during this period!Waste of money ,better stay in a normal room next time

Breakfast spread not varied and same throughout my 6 nights stay. Even marmalade not there.Pillows were too soft including the ones we asked for a firm one. Bad pillows

Close proximity to metro. The breakfast selection was good. The concierge was really helpful regarding the places to eat and see.

The mattress was really hard. Like rock hard. The fact that you need to take two elevators to get to your room is a nuisance. They really need to upgrade their hotel.
